We ask that your shipping address is valid and your billing address matches what is on your credit/debit card. We do not ship to P.O Boxes, so please ship to an actual address! 

Processing time will be 1-3 working days, depending on the size of the order. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking/shipping information. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days. Working days consist of Monday- Friday (8am-5pm). If you place an order on Friday after 5pm, your order will be processed on Monday.
